How do I schedule a tow?

When you call, it's helpful to have this info ready so they can serve you quickly and accurately:

• Your exact location (street, landmarks, and anything else that can help us to find you)
• Make, model, year, and color of your vehicle
• What is wrong with the vehicle (flat tire, engine trouble, lockout, etc.)
• Where you want the vehicle taken (repair shop, home, etc.)
• If there are special requirements (luxury car, flatbed needed, etc.)

Timing and availability
We will give you an estimate for how long the tow truck will take to arrive. If it’s an emergency or after hours, response times might differ. We aim to get to you as soon as possible.

Cost estimate
